Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 Clip Showcases the Destructive Heavy Bolter

With Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 now less than a couple of months away from release, developer Saber Interactive and publisher Focus Entertainment are continuing to build up the hype surrounding it, and have released another new gameplay clip showcasing one of the many weapons you’ll be able to use in the upcoming third-person shooter.

The Russia Lottoclip, which you can check out below, focuses on the Heavy Bolter, which, as its name suggests, is essentially a heavy machine gun. As per the clip, it will be useful against both large swarms of Tyranids as well as armoured enemies, which means it’s likely going to be the weapon you’ll turn to when you’re in a tough spot.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Crosses 6 Million Units Sold in Japan

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe has sold an almost unreasonable amount of copies (especially for an expanded remaster), but the kart racer refuses to show any signs of stopping, even this late into the Nintendo Switch’s lifecycle. It has, in fact, crossed another notable sales milestone.

As per fresh data released by Famitsu on weekly physical software sales in Japan, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe was once again among the best-selling games for the week in Japan, coming in at No. 2 in the software charts with over 7,000 units sold. More notably, the game’s lifetime sales in Japan have now also crossed 6 million units. Specifically, sales stand at 6,005,594 units.

Incredibly, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is still not the bestselling Nintendo Switch titl…

Football rumours: PSG and Barcelona interested in Liverpool’s Luis Diaz

What the papers say

European giants Paris St Germain and Barcelona are interested in Liverpool winger Luis Diaz, who is worth around £75million, the Telegraph reports. The 27-year-old will still have three years on his contract at Anfield at the end of the season. Diaz has scored eight goals and had four assists in the Premier League this season.

Tottenham are joining Chelsea in the race for Athletic Bilbao forward Nico Williams, the Telegraph says. The 21-year-old, who has scored three goals to go with his eight assists in LaLiga, has a £42.8million release clause in his contract.

Manchester United have not yet agreed to a compensation deal for Dan Ashworth, who has agreed to move from Newcastle as sporting director, and the Guardian says it may take months before he…

Shadow Labyrinth is a Dark Side-Scroller with Pac-Man, Out in 2025

Bandai Namco teased a Pac-Man-related surprise for The Game Awards and revealed it during the pre-show. Based on the opening, you would think this is a dark Metroidvania title with side-scrolling elements, combat, and platforming. However, there’s also a dark Pac-Man-like companion traveling alongside the player. Check out Shadow Labyrinth below.

While it seems out of nowhere, Shadow Labyrinth appears to be based on the Pac-Man short from the Secret Level anthology series. It does explain why the latter took a body horror approach to the beloved arcade series as you control Swordsman No. 8 and work alongside PUCK, a sinister floating entity.

There’s the usual pellet consumption, but the latter can also posse…

Both teams to score at New York City vs Atlanta United 8/11 for Sunday’s MLS matchup

Market: Both teams to score

Odds: 8/11 @

Two sides who will be looking to pick up an early advantage when the MLS play-offs get underway, New York will host Atlanta on Sunday night.

Landing a thumping 3-1 win away at Inter Miami prior to the international break, the Sky Blues have also continued to shine with their performances in the final third. Storming their way to a 6-0 romp against DC United at Ya…

Liga Sagres: Maritimo 1 Uniao de Leiria 0

Maritimo continued their climb up the Liga Sagres table following a narrow 1-0 win over lowly Uniao de Leiria on Friday.

Spanish midfielder Roberto scored the only goal of the match after 66 minutes at the Estadio dos Barreiros, his strike enough to give the hosts all three points.

It was also Roberto s first goal for the club in 63 appearances since moving from Celta Vigo in 2009.

The win moves Maritimo up to fourth on 28 points, while Uniao remain in the relegation zone, one point behind 14th-placed Feirense.

Khan: Bayern can rule for a decade

Oliver Kahn says Bayern Munich have laid the foundations to become a major European force for the next decade.

The Bavarian giants contest the Champions League trophy against Chelsea on Saturday, and the Bundesliga side s former goalkeeper feels this could be the first of many finals in the near future.

Bayern Munich have created all the conditions to be dominant for the next decade in Europe, the 42-year-old told SPORT1.de.

Jupp Heynckes men know the venue of the crunch clash well, with the game to be played at their home ground Allianz Arena, but the retired Germany international feels neither side will have an advantage.

It s not a home game in the true sense; there will be as many Chelsea fans as there will be of Bayern in the stadium, he said.
